This data cannot be deleted as it is part of the immutable blockchain

TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Card Crush, a match-3 puzzle game developed and operated by DD

Gaming. By downloading, installing, or using Card Crush, you agree to be

bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these

Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Card Crush, you acknowledge that you have read,

understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Card Crush. If you are under 18,

you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the app

and make any in-app purchases.

3. Account and Wallet Connection

Card Crush integrates with the Solana blockchain and may require you to

connect a Solana-compatible wallet (such as Seeker Wallet). You are

responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys

• All activities that occur through your connected wallet

• Any transaction fees incurred on the Solana network

DD Gaming does not have access to your private keys or wallet funds.

4. In-App Purchases and Blockchain Transactions

4.1 Purchases

Card Crush offers in-app purchases using SOL (Solana cryptocurrency),

including but not limited to:

• Lives (continues)

• Gems (soft currency)

• Boosts and power-ups

• Continue options after level failure

4.2 Payment Processing

All purchases are processed via the Solana blockchain. By making a

purchase, you authorize the transfer of the specified amount of SOL from

your connected wallet to DD Gaming's designated wallet address.

4.3 No Refunds

Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, all purchases are final and

non-refundable. Please ensure you understand what you are purchasing

before confirming any transaction.

4.4 Virtual Items

All in-app purchases grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,

revocable license to use virtual items within Card Crush. Virtual items

have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred

outside the app.

5. Game Currency

Card Crush uses an in-game currency called "Gems" which can be earned

through gameplay or purchased with SOL. Gems have no monetary value

outside of Card Crush and cannot be redeemed for cash or cryptocurrency.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Share or sell your account or wallet credentials

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Card Crush, including but not limited to graphics, code,

music, and game mechanics, is the property of DD Gaming or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works

without written permission.

8. Termination

DD Gaming reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Card

Crush at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms

or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Warranty

Card Crush is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or

implied. DD Gaming does not guarantee that the app will be error-free,

uninterrupted, or secure.

9.2 Blockchain Risks

You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of using blockchain

technology, including but not limited to:

• Network congestion and transaction failures

• Cryptocurrency price volatility

• Wallet security vulnerabilities

• Irreversible transactions

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DD Gaming shall not be liable for

any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

arising from your use of Card Crush, including but not limited to loss of

funds, data, or profits.

10. Changes to Terms

DD Gaming reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will

notify users of significant changes through the app or via email.

Continued use of Card Crush after changes constitutes acceptance of the

updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws

of the jurisdiction in which DD Gaming operates, without regard to its

conflict of law provisions.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable,

the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Permitted Use
